Set sail from the City of Brotherly Love on an amazing 7-day vacation aboard the Norwegian Jewel. With two days at the Royal Naval Dockyard, you’ll have plenty of
time to play a round of golf on Bermuda’s famous Port Royal Golf Course and enjoy a sunset sail on a glass-bottom boat. Climb to the top of Gibb’s Hill Lighthouse, one of the oldest cast-iron lighthouses in the world, for incredible views. Don’t forget to build your first-ever pink sandcastle! Plus, we’ll enjoy three leisurely days at sea and a long day in beautiful Charleston, S.C.

Itinerary
Day 1: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Grab a cheesesteak at Pat’s or Geno’s before you go!

Day 2: At Sea
From bow to stern, Norwegian has enough onboard activities to fill every minute of your cruise. Indulge in a refreshing swim in the pool or a relaxing dip in one of the covered hot tubs on the pool deck. With so much to do, Norwegian will always have you coming back for more.

Day 3: Royal Naval Dockyard, Bermuda
Arrive 10:00 AM
Located at the tip of Bermuda's West End, Royal Naval Dockyard is home to exceptional shopping and pristine beaches. The beautifully restored Royal Navy Dockyards provide quaint boutiques, a crafts market and fascinating maritime museum. Don't miss the chance to try out one of the many water sports offered in and around this gorgeous harbor.

Day 4: Royal Naval Dockyard, Bermuda

Whether you plan to swim in the island’s turquoise water, explore historic forts, golf on its iconic courses or walk along a pink sand beach, Bermuda is an idyllic place to discover! And you have two days to do so!

Day 5: At Sea
Feel free to slow it down, way down, at Norwegian’s award-winning Mandara Spa. Slide into relaxation with a hot stone massage—just one of over 50 specialty treatments offered. Let some steam off in the sauna or recline into pampering with facials, manicures, pedicures and more. “Me time” has never felt so good as at the onboard spa.

Day 6: Charleston, South Carolina

Founded in 1670, Charleston is as historic as it is picturesque. Boutique shops, cafes and art galleries line cobblestone streets while a scenic waterfront offers the ideal setting for a leisure stroll. Visitors can journey back in time while touring well-preserved 17th - 19th century homes or one of the captivating museums. Beyond the exquisitely maintained downtown, beaches, marshes and waterways beckon to outdoor enthusiasts with activities ranging from kayaking to sailing and more. Whether you’re a history buff, foodie or outdoor adventurer, Charleston offers something for everyone!

Day 7: At Sea
When it comes to the entertainment on Norwegian Jewel, there’s never a dull moment. Get memorized by awe-inspiring acrobatics and immerse yourself in the magic of Le Cirque Bijou. Take a walk on the wild side at the production show Rock You Tonight, where the production cast combines with the Jewel Showband to bring you an explosive performance to rock icons Queen, Journey and The Who. Or simply grab a drink and join the entertainment staff for fun- filled gameshows and parties every evening.

Margo McDonough started Blue Skies Travel Center in 2016, after earlier work in the travel industry for such companies as J.P. Morgan Chase. She has planned and escorted numerous trips, both domestically and internationally, for local organizations, including University of Delaware’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, Food Bank of Delaware, Kennett Area Community Service, and Traditions at Longwood community.
